Telyliv 300 Tablet contains ursodeoxycholic acid, which helps decrease the production of cholesterol in the blood, thereby dissolving gallbladder stones composed mainly of cholesterol.
Not everyone who is taking Telyliv 300 Tablet will get these side effects.
